We took part on an international discussion and workshop of the Judicial academy in Prague.
About the program:
There More than 60 of custodial judges took part in a very lively discussion. There were also lecturing a two judges from Germany, Mr. Prof. Dr.Jur. Ronald Proksch, presenting a Survey on Children law in Germany and Mr. Jürgen Rudolf
A Cochem’s model of custodial court was should have been introduced by Mr.Dr.Jean-Michel Pletier from France but unfortunately he could not come.
And Silvano Pedretti, introducing a European view on shared custody.
One of the Czech participants was well known Czech psychologist and authorized expert Mr. PhDr. Eduard Bakalář, lecturing about importance of after divorce care of both parents more about his opinions you can see more on (in Czech only)
A week for shared custody
Association Justice for Children, K 213, Alliance for Children and parents, Alliance for equal chances and Children of Europe
organized a "Week for shared custody" 4. – 8. 6. 2007
Lot of discussions, and workshops were held, during these days. France, Sweeden, England and Germany presented their experience and knowledge about shared custody, also many questions from public were answered.
Invited were also journalists, politicians and representatives of political parties and state organs.
Also a Czech film document about the shared custody called „Střídavka“ was presented within these days.
Press conference introduced to public a Modern concept of family, and guests were Džamila Stehlíková, ministress of government ČR and Silvano Pedretti from France.
